This model easily connects between the antenna of your television set and your cable box, VCR or video game.  While sitting in your own comfortable chair, you must pedal above a preset speed or else the picture is scrambled.  An over ride key is provided for those times when you want to watch TV without pedaling.  Pedal resistance is easily adjustable.  It has a built in LCD display that measures your speed, time distance and approximate calories used during exercise.
